Goin up!

Despite Furloughs, Student Scores Up

Hawaii public school student test scores went up this past year in every category except one, according to statistics released by the Department of Education on Thursday.The scores are from the Hawaii State Assessment test that students take annually to measure Adequate Yearly Progress. In April, 93,190 students took the HAS tests from the third through eighth grade and 10th grade.
