HPD Steps Up Pedestrian Enforcement

HONOLULU -- Honolulu police on Wednesday stepped up its enforcement of pedestrian safety laws in Kalihi after two people died in the area in the last week.So far this year, nine pedestrians have died after being hit by cars on Oahu.
