Douglas Emmett Inc. has purchased one of the largest office complexes in downtown Honolulu for $232 million.
The Santa Monica, Calif.-based real estate investment trust’s acquisition of Bishop Square — two office towers totalling 960,000 square feet — increases Douglas Emmett’s (NYSE: DEI) share of Class A office properties in the Honolulu market to 36 percent, the company said Tuesday in a news release.
